Yes, absolutely! Each exercise includes alternative home-based variations. You will need minimal equipment such as:
• Dumbbells
• Resistance bands
• Mini bands
And if you don’t have dumbbells - get creative. My first “dumbbells” were a backpack filled with bricks. Consistency beats excuses.
Under every exercise, you’ll find 2-3 alternative movements you can substitute if:
• The machine isn’t available
• It’s occupied
• Your gym doesn’t have it
