Transformation Became a Lifestyle

My name is Sergio. I started training back in high school, when I was 13 years old. At that time, I wasn’t in great shape and struggled with extra weight.
Before graduation, I lost 9 kg in just 3 months by staying consistent with a proper training program, nutrition, and daily habits  completely transforming my body.

That experience changed everything and taught me a lifelong lesson: right actions, done daily, work.
Today, I’ve been training consistently for over 14 years without any breaks - just consistency done right.

Step Back - To Move Forward

During university, everything changed after a serious fall from height. I was diagnosed with spinal cracks and multiple disc protrusions. Doctors told me I should avoid lifting more than 3 kg in my entire life!

My reaction was simple: “Are you f*cking serious? Do you really think I’m going to give up on myself?”

Instead of quitting, I chose rehabilitation. Yes, I had to take a step back - it allowed me to build real momentum. 4 years of Pilates, controlled strength training, daily movement, and a gradual return to loading - from deadlifting 5 kg to 120 kg - allowed me to fully recover and train again at full capacity and safely.

Today, I lift with confidence - because I learned how to train correctly.

Consistency Built My Body - And Later, My Business

Consistency was never about having free time - it was always about priorities. Throughout all these years, training ran parallel to real life. I studied, worked abroad, and built multiple businesses - all while training consistently.

Training taught me how to work long-term. That discipline allowed me to accumulate the capital to open my first gym in 2022, the second in 2024, with the third currently in progress.

From that point on, I shifted my focus to personal training and gym management - the work I genuinely love the most.

How do I access the program? Is it a PDF?

No - this is not a PDF. After purchase, you create an account and log into your private dashboard on our website (mobile version feells like an app). The program is structured week-by-week and day-by-day inside your member area. Everything is organized, easy to follow, and accessible from anywhere - phone, tablet, or computer. You always have a access.

Can I follow this program if I only train at home?

Yes, absolutely! Each exercise includes alternative home-based variations. You will need minimal equipment such as:
• Dumbbells
• Resistance bands
• Mini bands

And if you don’t have dumbbells - get creative. My first “dumbbells” were a backpack filled with bricks. Consistency beats excuses.

What if my gym doesn’t have a specific machine?

Under every exercise, you’ll find 2-3 alternative movements you can substitute if:
• The machine isn’t available
• It’s occupied
• Your gym doesn’t have it
The system is flexible. The goal is to train efficiently and leave - not spend three hours waiting for equipment. Structure > perfection.

I’m a beginner. Is the 8-Week System right for me?
